Marisol is a bilingual and multi-special talent ACTRA additional background performer who has been in several award-winning shows such as The Handmaid's Tale and American Gods. She has worked as an AABP on TV shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

She has a certificate from Second City's Improv and Comedy Sketch program, where she studied acting and writing. Here additional skills include speaking fluent Spanish, dancing, and freestyle fighting. Furthermore, Marisol is a visual artist (painter) and independent scholar in Toronto who explores career paths and topics such as diversity, leadership, and innovation in the arts. She is the author of the 2019 book, "The Power of Artistic Thinking: Think Like an Artist and Innovate."
